Patio covers
Roofed cedar patio cover, priced off a signed job. Design and permits are one flat line. Concrete and power are only there if you need them.

Questions
Where do these numbers come from?
Signed i30 Builders contracts. The cover rate is a real cedar cover divided by its real square footage. The pergola number is what a real nine-post job cost. We don't publish a price we haven't charged.
Is the calculator a quote?
No. It multiplies our published rate by the size you enter. A quote needs a site visit to check the roofline, the patio, the drainage and what's underground.
Why does a small cover cost the minimum?
Engineering, piers, the permit and the crew's trip cost about the same at any size. Under about 169 SF the $20,000 minimum governs.
What's not in the price?
HOA fees, sprinkler moves, tree removal, gas lines, kitchen appliances, and fixtures you supply. The full list is on this page.
